To ensure your satisfaction and provide a safe and clean environment, we reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange requested. Merchandise must be in original packaging with receipt showing purchase within 14 days in order for consideration by manager. If refund is granted, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
